Awaiting Customer Response: we need you to answer a question or carry out a test on your end before we can proceed.
In Progress: we have a clear understanding and plan for a solution, and we are working towards that solution.
Closed: the ticket has been marked as resolved by you or us, or due to inactivity.
Awaiting Release: the issue has been solved and will be included in the ongoing cycle.
Awaiting Development: we are in the process of developing the feature requested by you.
